After eating far too much meat yesterday, my weight is up. I knew it would be. As soon as it warms up a few degrees outside, I'm off to bike and walk. Maybe trek.
Had a bowl of high fiber cereal with grapes for breakfast.
Ate a turkey sandwich for an early lunch before going to town.
Finished last night's leftovers. Fillling foods: carrots and cauliflower. Stuffed. Drank hot cider with it because I've been chilled all day. What's up with that?
