Had a mini wheat bagel and cream cheese with coffee. Weighed in. Lost 1/2 pound this week! Stayed for meeting, got hair cut, and picked up grandson. I had a Starbucks latte and scone for lunch.
Picked up grandson from school.
Daughter-in-law picked up church plates of turkey, dressing, beans, and cranberry sauce. Okay, but turkey was tough. Not much gravy. I'm sure I went over my points today with things I don't know how to figure. Back to the tracking tomorrow.
