Week 6 Day 1

Had yogurt and took vits and fiber. Weighed in. Lost 2 pounds this week for a total of 14 1/2 pounds in five weeks. I guess that's good, but I wanted to get another star this week and missed it by 1/2 pound. A friend at WW told me to go online and print out the list of negative calorie foods to throw into other things I'm eating to help negate some of those points.  The list includes asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, turpnips, grapefruit, honeydew, canteloupe, peaches, straberries, tangerines, and watermelon. One lady says when she makes a pizza she throws some of these things on there. I haven't tried making a pizza. Scared I'd eat the entire thing. Not sure what kind of crust I'd use. I need to ask about that.

Stopped by the grocery store and got a few things. Came home and ate a bagel and the leftover lean burger with no condiments.

Some friends said they could tell I'd lost weight. Yahh!

Had a salad for supper with grilled chicken on top and some of those "negative calorie" veggies. Is anyone else doing that? I've been using some of them all the time and didn't realize my system has to work harder to digest them, so it seems to be a good thing. I was so stuffed (ate a larger portion than I needed) so I just rode my bike two miles to help make up for it.

OMG! My brother-in-law just gave me two tickets to the Eagles concert tomorrow night because he has to go to a funeral. How great is that! Wow! Now to find a friend who can go on short notice...
