Got up, opened some windows and let the wonderful cool air inside. Dressed and rode my bike for 3 miles. Felt so good.
Came home and read the newspaper article about my cookbook while I ate a bowl of high-fiber cereal.
We had boiled shrimp for lunch with slaw and we shared a baked potato. I put Butter Buds on my half.
Ate a Weight Watchers ice cream sandwich. They are SO good and only 2 points.
Ate Smart Ones lasagna (6 points). I usually buy the vegetable ones but this one is meat. Had carrot and celery sticks with it. Very filling. I made a peach and Cool Whip Free parfait to have later.
