Week 19 Day 1 Weigh-In

Slept late. Drank some cranapple juice and showered to go to weigh.

Lost 1.4 pounds even with the wrong things over the anniversary weekend. I guess all the extra activities did pay off. WOOT TOOT!

Ate a sandwich for lunch with a snack pack of chips.

Cooked pheasant with wheat pastry strips, butterbeans, okra, and cornbread. Only had a little of each. Now to get back on track!
